For another year Blizcon is over and it seems that is was another success. For a change we had nice sunny weather and although it was cool at 5am it warmed up quite nicely for the show. As a result, the place was packed from early on, and the crowds stayed for the whole day. There seemed to be a lot of money changing hands in the vendor area and a lot of people leaving with large packages, so I hope that bodes well for the future. As usual there were a few glitches, including the loss of lighting for a area for a while and a constant interuption from our neighbours in the ajoining conference room, but other than that it seemed to go well.
With the long cold winter that we have had, a lot of you have been sequestered away working on your models and that showed on the tables where there were a lot of great models, but a big congratulations goes to Mark Smith of Akron for his Taube which won the Judges Best of Show.
